Zapier Tables

Zapier Tables is Zapier's built-in database — a place to store, edit, and trigger on the data your Zaps already move between apps. Each table comes with native Zapier triggers and actions, so a new row can start a workflow without any external database or spreadsheet in the loop.

It fits automations that need lightweight state: form submissions, lookup lists, deduplication records. Storage and row limits scale with your Zapier plan, which is the practical ceiling versus a standalone database.

Tables pair naturally with Zapier Forms, Zapier's no-code intake form builder — a form submission can land in a table and a Zap can pick it up in the same motion, forming a lightweight internal-tool stack without leaving Zapier. Table data is also reachable through Zapier's own API, so it is not strictly limited to trigger-and-action use inside Zaps.
